Madrid is my home city and my great love. I used to dislike its rainy and gloomy days, but over the years I’ve learned to love every season here, from the saturated, colorful energy of the city to Retiro Park turning orange and red in the fall. I moved to Spain for love but learned that my soulmate was the city itself.
I added Mallorca because it’s my favorite island. It’s calm, warm, and familiar: green and orangey at the same time. I visit every year, always returning to the same spots and same cafés, but as a different version of myself. Some places feel like home, and these are the ones I keep close to my heart.
